Step 4. You will receive a confirmation page and an email with instruction to set up your connection**.

* For upgrade, you will be charged $13.95 today and your billing cycle will start from today. Please check your Billing History to decide best time to upgrade. Unused portion will not be refunded. For Downgrade, your megaspeed service will be terminate immediately; please note that user login name will be slightly different after upgrade/downgrade. Refer to the confirmation page for detail.
